Admission Requirements:
All applicants must meet the following requirements to receive consideration for admission:
Applicants must be an active Christian involved in their local church.
It is recommended that applicants should have satisfactorily completed high school or its equivalent (a transcript is required). If the applicant is not a high school graduate, a G.E.D. certificate is acceptable. The administration has the right to waive these requirements at their discretion.
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age by the start of the semester.
Part-time enrollment is available for capable High School Juniors and Seniors. Administration approval is required.

Full-Time Student: Minimum of 12 credit hours (4 courses) per semester
Part-Time Student: Minimum of 6 credit hours (2 courses) per semester

General Technology Fee (Per Semester): $50
Full Time Semester (15 Credit Hours): $1,550*
Academic Year (30 Credit Hours): $3,100*

Payment Plan Overview:
OBC offers four different payment options for your semester expenses. In addition to the payment plan options detailed below, please make note of the following details:
Semester expenses includes tuition, general tech fees, and (when applicable) other fees.
During course registration, students must sign up for a payment plan.
Payment Plan Policies:
Four Payments — The four-payment option is for students who wish to pay their tuition in four installments each semester. This means that you will pay your tuition over four different dates each semester (fall and spring only). If an installment payments is late, a $25 fee will be assessed on the account balance.
Three Payments — The three-payment option is for students who wish to pay their tuition in three installments each semester (fall, spring and spring only). This means that you will pay an initial 40% down payment at the beginning of each semester, then two additional 30% payments for each semester. If an installment payments is late, a $25 fee will be assessed on the account balance.
Two Payments — The two-payment option is for students who wish to pay their tuition in two installments each semester. This means that you will pay an initial 50% down payment at the beginning of each semester (fall, spring and summer only), then pay the remaining tuition balance by a second deadline each semester. If an installment payments is late, a $25 fee will be assessed on the account balance.
One Payment — The one-payment option is for students who wish to pay their semester expenses in full upon enrollment (each semester).
For students who registered after the first installment date, the first installment is due within three business days of registration.
Refund Policy:
Before First Calendar Week: Students who officially withdraw from college or drop classes before the first calendar week of a semester will be refunded all tuition and fees.
First & Second Week of Semester: Students who withdraw from college or drop classes during the first or second week of a semester will be refunded all tuition and fees.
Third Week of Semester: Students who withdraw from college or drop classes during the third week of a semester will be refunded 50 percent of tuition as well as 50 percent of course fees. If a student adds a class in place of the one that is dropped, no fees will be refunded on the dropped class.
Fourth Week of Semester: Students who withdraw from or drop classes after the fourth week of a semester will not be refunded any tuition or fees.
Upon withdrawal or termination from OBC, all amounts due are payable in full.
